Press Shop

Established in 1994, our Press Shop is the oldest and one of the most integral facilities in our portfolio. Spanning an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, the factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to ensure optimal performance and precision.
The facility houses small and medium press lines alongside a fully equipped weld shop, powder coating unit, tool room, and in-house design capabilities. This comprehensive setup allows us to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to diverse client needs, all under one roof.

Welding Shop

Our dedicated, high-tech Welding Shop is specifically designed to meet the demands of sheet metal welding and other welding prerequisites. Equipped with advanced technology, the facility efficiently handles a wide range of components requiring welding and assembly, ensuring precision and superior quality in every project.

Tool Room

Our in-house Tool Room is designed to manufacture dies that ensure products are produced with precise dimensions, even after extensive repeatability. To achieve exceptional accuracy and consistency, the facility is equipped with advanced machinery, including:

Hot Dip Galvanisation

Hot-dip galvanising (HDG) is one of the oldest and most widely used methods for protecting steel fasteners from corrosion. HDG offers dual corrosion protection through:

1. Barrier Protection – Acting as a semi-impermeable barrier against environmental elements that cause corrosion.

2. Galvanic (Cathodic) Protection – Safeguarding steel by sacrificing the zinc coating to protect the underlying metal.
